How I Made An Extra $1294.26 in November ‘22

As the end of the year approaches, I couldn’t be more grateful to have some steady side hustles to boost our income. This time of year is always crazy for us and for the first time ever I’m not insanely stressed about money as we come into the holiday season.
This month was super busy for us and I spent a lot of time sick with a cold for the millionth time this year (the joys of being a parent). I currently have a steady routine with my side hustles and as always I was pleasantly surprised when adding up the total for the month.

In November, I was able to make an extra $1,294.26 from home by using the following sites.

Surveys $462.10

This month was a pretty good month for surveys. I find this time of year there’s usually a lot more to choose from and they pay a lot better than normal.

I spent about 60-90 minutes a day doing surveys this month, which I mostly did at night while watching reruns of The Office.

The best survey sites for me this month were:

AttaPoll

AttaPoll was my favourite survey site again this month. There were plenty of surveys to choose from and a lot of them paid really well.

You can sign up to AttaPoll here.

Octopus Group

Octopus Group was a big earner for me this month. There were a lot of surveys popping up that were worth quite a bit of money.

You can sign up to Octopus Group here.

PureProfile

PureProfile is one of my favourite survey sites because it always has a heap of surveys available and this month was no exception. Their surveys don’t take a huge amount of time and they all pay pretty well.

You can sign up to PureProfile here.

PurplePatch

What I love about PurplePatch is that it not only has great paying surveys, but it also has surveys that screen you for market research opportunities. I’ve been able to participate in some great studies thanks to PurplePatch.

You can sign up to PurplePatch here.

Swagbucks

I didn’t spend too much time on Swagbucks this month, only because I was busy doing surveys on other sites. I was still able to make a small bit of money through them though which I redeemed for PayPal money.

You can sign up to Swagbucks here.

Cashback $216.93

The cashback apps I used in November were ShopBack and CashRewards.

I made the most of the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales to get a lot of my Christmas shopping done and was able to get boosted cashback on a lot of my purchases.

You can sign up to ShopBack here and CashRewards here.

Savings Trackers $212.87

I had another good month of selling my savings trackers through my Etsy store and on my website. This month I released a new ‘Christmas Savings Tracker’ which was quite popular and I also created some personalised orders for customers.

Market Research $360.00

I’ve really been enjoying participating in market research opportunities. This month I took part in online panels and I was also sent free products to try and was paid to give my opinion on them.

These market research invitations I received came from participating in surveys through AttaPoll and PurplePatch.

ReceiptJar $10.00

I’ve been using ReceiptJar for quite some time now and have reached a level where I get quite a lot of bonus points each month.
ReceiptJar is an app that allows you to scan your receipts for points that can then be redeemed for gift cards.
It was slow going at the start but it's getting easier to accumulate points as time goes on.

You can sign up to ReceiptJar here. Make sure to use the referral code MADISOC7 to receive 200 points when you scan your first receipt.

Adsense $32.36

I have been able to monetise my blog using Google Adsense. Even though it’s taken some time to get it up and running, overall it has been a nice bit of extra money for me.

This was a great month for side hustles and the income made has definitely come in handy. I’m not putting too much pressure on myself over the next month because I’ll be incredibly busy and I want to spend quality time with my family and friends over the Christmas period, but I will still try to allocate some time to my side hustles when I can.
