How I Made An Extra $1108.30 In December ‘22
Goodbye December and hello 2023!
December was jam packed full of fun Christmas activities, as well as catching up and spending quality time with our loved ones.
This month was a little bit slower for my side hustles, mainly due to the fact that there were less surveys and market research opportunities available. Fortunately, I was still able to make a respectable amount of money which certainly came in handy during the end of year celebrations.
In December I was able to make an extra $1,108.30 from home by using the following sites.

Surveys $365.70
December was a bit quieter for surveys than previous months, especially towards the end of the month, but I'm still really happy with the amount I made and it certainly came in handy over the Christmas period.
On average I spent about an hour each day doing surveys this month. I would normally spend a bit more time doing surveys, but there wasn't as many available as there normal is.
The best survey sites for me this month were:
Most of my survey money came from AttaPoll this month. I managed to do a lot of quick surveys that paid really well.

I completed some great surveys with Octopus Group this month. I found that there would be a few quiet days, then a heap of surveys would pop up at the same time.

PureProfile was pretty consistent this month. I made quite a bit from surveys as there was usually always something available.

PurplePatch had some great paying survey opportunities this month which were interesting and paid really well. I really enjoy PurplePatch because the surveys don't usually take too long and the topics are more interesting than other survey sites.

I was able to make quite a bit through Swagbucks this month as they offered bonus incentives on their surveys. I was also able to make extra by participating in Swago and finding Collector’s Bills through the Swagbutton.

Cashback $228.15
The cashback apps I used in December were ShopBack and CashRewards.
I made the most of the Boxing Day sales to buy some much needed things for our home, like a dishwasher and fans for the kids bedrooms. I was able to utilise boosted cashback offers to get extra money back on my purchases.

Savings Trackers $284.35
December was a very popular month for my savings trackers which I sell through my Etsy store and on my website.
With the New Year upon us, a lot of people are setting resolutions to save money and it truly means the world to me that I can help people track their progress and smash their goals.
Market Research $185.00
There weren't as many market research opportunities available being the end of the year, but the ones I did were a lot of fun and paid really well.
These market research invitations I received came from participating in surveys through AttaPoll and PurplePatch.
Nielsen Beauty Panel $10.00
The NielsenIQ Beauty Panel is an app where I scan my beauty and personal care purchases. Each week they offer 15 points if you scan a purchase or 10 if you don't, so either way you get paid. They automatically send out a $10 gift card when you reach 100 points.

Adsense $35.10
My blog is monetized through Google AdSense, which has been a consistent little earner for me and has helped keep my blog alive.
Although December was a little bit quieter for my side hustles, I'm still incredibly happy with the results and I can't wait to see how much I can earn in 2023.
